All orders received by 2pm are dispatched on the same working day

Any orders received after will be processed the next working day. However, depending on the location, Royal Mail may deliver the item a day after

Please note that Bank holidays are classed as non-working days. If there is a bank holiday within your delivery dates then please add an extra day to your delivery

All items are sent as tracked and therefore have a tracking number

If an item is being held at a Royal mail sorting office, the customer should contact their sorting office themselves giving them the tracking number. The contact details can be found on Royal Mail Website. We cannot be held responsible if Royal Mail have not delivered your item. However if the item is not at Royal Mail sorting office then the customer should contact us for a refund
