We are a UK based company and we will post the item to all parts of the UK
All items are delivered as Tracked
No hassle. We will happily accept any unworn returns that are notified within 7 days of receipt. Once the item has been returned to us, we will refund the amount (Please refer to our return policy)
Returns Policy
All returns must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Any returns after this will not be entitled to a refund. Please return the products in their original packaging.
Please do not tape up the original box or put any labels on it. We will refuse the delivery if the item is not in its original condition.
Refunds:
Customers will be refunded for the purchase amount for the product returned. Buyer is responsible for the return postage costs
Exchange:
Our advice would be to purchase the size required and return the inappropriate size to us as we do not offer exchanges. We will issue a refund once we receive the undesired pair
Faulty Goods:
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect order, we will refund the full amount including the return postage. Unfortunately, we do not refund any postage for products that do not fit. WE DO NOT REFUND ANY PRODUCTS THAT ARE WORN. You will not be entitled to a refund if the products have been damaged after wear. A refund can only be applied once the products have been returned to us
